    Management lessons

    Every situation teaches a lesson. It is human mind who makes and ends an event. A human mind can think hundreds of times. It is always an expected outcome from the human mind that there is no limit for thinking. In the real world, any activity and any type of achievements are quite possible. The world has provisions to do any kind of activity. This is a real boon to the human individual. While we are child, our mind does not have any blocks. We have the capacity to think on our own. We think on all the possibilities. We fly in sky and we swim in Indian Ocean at the same time. The child’s mind has no limitation. While we grow, we grow by seeing the world around. The people around the world look at the things very differently. They never looked the life same as we are. Their priorities are entirely different and it is not possible for a human mind to think and act as per wish. He is bounded by the society. But, as a free man, it is always imperative for an individual to think on his own. There is a great idea to leave the mental block and give the best in life. This is termed as the management lesson. The one best management lesson to live as a free human is to think like a child. As a child, he /she do not have any mental block as thinking is free. The life becomes simpler and super efficient when thinking is free.

    Attitude

    There are only mild hair differences between a good manager and normal man. The mild hair differences may be defined by different names. But it may be correct to call the mild hair name by the name, attitude. Attitude is the major character that differentiates a good manager and a normal manager. While we consider, a normal man does an activity at the comfort. He takes one activity at a single point of time. He would always like to be stress free. He would not like to put him under pressure and worry about. While in the case of a good manager, the characters change widely and it is entirely different. One has to understand very closely to understand the difference between normal men. It is not quite easy to list out the differences between a good manager and a normal man. It may even be difficult for an individual to understand the differences between a good manager and a normal man. It calls for a great effort and close monitoring from the individual to understand the differences between the characteristics of a normal man and a great manager. But one could easily understand the advantages in employing a manager in his organization. It is absolutely sure that the profitability of the business will rise up multi folds. The reason for the profitability is quickly evident and is nothing but the attitude.

    Manager defines the organization. The two features which drive the organization in any part of the world are human resources and technology. Technology is of course the back bone of any organization. Technology supports the organization in the back end. The basic foundation of any organization would be the technology. Based upon or relying up on a technology, an entire organization is built up. This is quite evident from the successful companies when someone tries to understand the success factors in the companies. Probably, technology would be the back end and the back bone of the company. But without building block for the foundation or the front end of the system, a company can survive. Human resources is of course the one which relieves all this tension and pain. A manager is one who drives the human resources. Basically, the human resources management is managed by a manager. The manager gives the front end support to the company. Without this support, the technology or the back end may not be able to perform efficiently. Slightly, the task becomes tougher if the front end is not available. It creates issues to the technology in lot many ways. Hence, it is default that there is a need for managers in any company.

    Micro Management

    The art of successfully completing a task within a particular time is an achievement. There are multiple steps lying before us before successfully completing a task. The task could be at the different stages of completion. It is not easy to complete a task within a time. Comrades tend to perform with power. Genius has their old good tools of intelligence to assist them in making the task successfully. But, in all the aspects, there is a need to implement the tool called micro management. Micro management abreast someone and keep track of the activities planned. It is highly impossible to complete a task in a task. Any activity needs micro management. Micro management is nothing but breaking the task and divide into small activities. Breaking the complex activity into minor simple activities is the first step. After the division of complex activity into micro activities, then there is a need to set up fixed time lines. These time lines can be named as deadlines. The deadlines are the major part in the management. Setting the dead lines is often a complex task. There is a necessity of high quality people to set up the guidelines and time lines. It is always necessary to set up the monitoring system. Monitoring system will closely follow the activities. Planning and monitoring the major part of the system. Successful implementation of the planning and monitoring will result in delivering of better execution of results.
