Management deals with self and other human individuals. The entire world is divided into two parts namely the urban and the rural. The urban and rural are defined based on the population. But there are debates which try to differ rural from urban. Of course the population is one factor while the economy is the other factory. The turnover per individual in an urban is very much higher than the turnover per individual in a rural area. This turnover may also be defined by a term called per capita income. Because, the per capita income is higher, the objects and services are available at a higher rate when compared to its counterpart, rural areas. It also produces a major gap namely the opportunities. The opportunities for the individuals living in urban areas to access the different needs and kinds are very high. While, in the case of rural, the individuals living in a rural area shall not be in a position to get the opportunity as an urban area guy would get. This results in a gap between the urban and rural individuals. If we compare the literacy rate, the urban individuals have higher literacy rate than the rural individuals. There is also limited access for the rural individuals which results in the introduction of new term known as digital gap. Rural management is a field which is newly evolving and tries to fill the gaps as mentioned above. The rural management arrives at a holistic approach and hence try to fill the gaps.

Management is efficient tool to bring difference in life system. There are huge differences between a guy who has completed the management as a profession and the other who is relatively naïve to the management. There are considerable differences between both of them and that forms the major factors which differentiates the human kind. People used to cry at the management education. They tend to claim that the management education is nothing but jargons which is not always true. But it is also not wrong to consider management as books full of jargons. But it is not easy to study the jargons as it needs some sort of management skills. On a lighter note, one can agree on this point of view. There are reasons that the management is full of jargons. One such indirect necessity is to test the management skills of participants which are quite valid. There are minor and major differences in the management education. They are defined by its unique field. Some people may like to get expertise in technology and some people might take the step to get expertise in management skills. The call is left with the people involved. Any force should be in the middle to change and drift the decisions. This force may be called as management force. There is a general tendency to look at the different statistics and arrive at a conclusion. This is the real management skill and to get that skill on needs to work heavy and lot.
Disaster Management
When disaster arrives, it arrives with such a force that it creates major setback. The disaster could be of two varieties. One pertains to the human individual and the other to the society. The first case may not be known to the entire world while the second may create serious troubles. Disasters are certain things which are non desirable. If a student fails in an exam or fails in a job interview, he tends to get detached because he shall not be able to adjust with the disasters. A human individual failing in an exam or a candidate failing in a job interview are types of disasters pertaining to an individual. But the disasters in pertaining to the public would be quite different. The common kinds of disasters which affect the common public are earthquake, terrorist activities and tsunami. These kinds of things really give a major setback to the affected places. They end up creating pain to life. To add to that, these disasters also collapse the economy of those affected places. It needs a brave heart to bring the smiles in the affected places. Such an act is called disaster management. Disaster management is considered to be a major factor. Lot of countries invests heavy money in disaster management. This is because the benefits so obtained would be greater than the normal. Disaster management is preferred by the brave. The skill sets required for a better disaster manager is always better to learn at the earliest.
Time Management
Almost all the activities in the world are limited and constrained to a particular time period. There is every incentive to complete the task within the allotted time. The cost of the resources gets increased when the time is exceeded than the allowable time limits. If we look at the sanctioning of big projects, there are always fine and disincentives to prolong the projects to a time period than the allotted. The main objective of disincentive activity is to ensure and to motivate the project team to complete the project in time. The cost and the disincentives are arrived based on the calculations of cost benefit analysis. The cost benefit analysis used to run for papers. There are technical experts available in the globe. The technical experts have their expertise in arriving at the cost benefit analysis. They have a tool for measuring the different factors which contribute and to arrive at the cost benefit analysis. It is really difficult to arrive at the cost benefit analysis. The factors are really difficult to identify. It requires enormous efforts to consider the different factors. Truly, it needs a massive effort to work out the disincentives. This effort goes mainly to ensure that the activities are completed in time. If the activities are not completed in time, the owner of the project will have several difficulties. He should be in a position to adjust with what he has in hand. This defines the major importance of time management.
The best manager
The entire world consist of two genders namely and female. In a relationship, a male and female comes together and forms a family. It is always a general phenomenon to find out the better of the two in a family system. There is always a debate in the world to find out the better one. The globalization has started destabilizing the eco system between the gender differences between the male and female. Prior to the globalization, it is a default factor that the male gender will go for factor. The female gender would remain at home and do house hold activities. The globalization has de stabilized it completely. It has created a world where there are common grounds for both the genders namely the male and female to breathe. While we look at the pre globalization era, there was a whole lot of debate in determining the best manager. Of course, the obvious way to differentiate both the genders was money. The money has been a determinant factor. The male gender is supposed to go to office and earn money. Hence, one school of thought has a point of view to prove to the world that the male genders are the best managers. The female gender remains to stay at home. Here, she may not earn money. But, she involves in activities which saves a huge amount of money. Hence, the second school of thought supports that female genders are supposed to be the better managers and so this debate never seems to have an end point.
