In any activity, there is risk. People think that that they would be able to perform any jobs. But at the same time people try to get and work on jobs which have limited risks. This phenomenon is seriously killing the labour market. Any job contains risk. There is no job without risk. Risk is a part and parcel of the job. If some one wants to achieve some thing, then there is a necessity to hold on to the risk and perform well. One can call that as a risk management. Risk management is an important phenomenon in the present era. The technology has advanced so much. With the growth of the technology, the type of risks has also increased. Earlier, people live in separate part of the world without much connection. Now, the people are closely positioned and they are having multiple issues. In such issues, it is hardly to actually get the major problems cleared. Probably, technology is the one which could help a human individual. These problems are otherwise called as risk. The risk is the major factor in the life of an individual. Captain
Captain is considered to be the manager in a team. A captain should have all the skill sets required to manage an entire team. It can also be defined that a captain in any sports is similar to a manager in a company. He should have the capability to lead the team from the front. He should have multi fold skills. Like, a manager should be efficient to manage multiple activities at the same time; the captain should also be efficient to manage multiple activities. He should be the lead runner in a game. He should master all skill sin the game. If there is a point of view, let us assume that the game needs a super power to change things; the captain should come forward and defence. The success of a team lies in the team’s performance. The game could change to either of the following two sides; success or failure. It is the captain who takes the team to either of the two. Also, the captain would have greater skills in changing the nature of the game. He can change the game by his attitude. It can also be said that the nature of the game changes with the attitude. If the captain strategies the game in an aggressive form, then the game would be in aggressive form and if the captain decides the game to go in defensive form, then the game would go in defensive form.
System management
Technology has revolutionised the world very much. No body in this world would have never dreamt about such a big success in the technological revolution. The world is depending on the technology. While technology remains to be at the back end, it is the system which remains at the front end and provide services. It is actually hard to think of a world which is devoid of system. Even the nook and corner in this globe is covered by the systems. The presence and emergence of the system has resulted in setting up of large number of big companies which has presence in number of countries. While, the system is able to generate lot of jobs, there are managers required to maintain the system. The people who are managing the systems are called system managers and the skill sets regarding to such a management activity may be called as system management. This is reality world. To cope up with the reality, one need to get expertise in the particular spectrum. Hence, system management plays a major part. The skill sets required to be a good system manager is never tough. Sales are the back bone of any company. The company may be of different types. Some of them are mainly production, manufacturing and service industry. In all the above said three types of industries, there are outputs always. As a matter of fact, any industry tends to provide output. In case of manufacturing and production industries, the output can be called by the terms goods and products. In case of service industries, the output can be called by the term services. It is always necessary to sell all the three type of outputs. The company achieve its profitability only when it is able to sell the output. The success of any company lies in successful sales of the products and goods. It is actually hard to measure efficiency unless the output is sold and the results are measured. In such situation, the managerial skills of a salesman are measured. The managerial skills adopted by the sales man to successfully sell his product can be called as sales management. In case of sales management, there are sales target. The sales target could say more about the product of the company. The sales achievement can clearly measures the different companies. It is always a default understood fact the products which are sold in large number are supposed to be a better performing company.

Marketing management is a major field in the sector of management. Marketing management is considered to be default managerial skills in a human individual. Any human individual will like to lead a life of his own and if we want to be precise we can say that the human individuals like to live a life which eases him the most. In such circumstances, he tends to say to other people that he looks good and his activities are similar and the best. This way of boasting himself can be called as and can be defined by different forms. It may look odd to define in such different forms. But one should also look at this in other way. The way of boasting can also be called as marketing skills. The human individual can boast because of his skill sets and expressing one’s skill set is of course called as marketing. The management of such great skills can be called as marketing management but it is not true. Managing great skills can be called as personnel management while expressing one individual to others in a more pleasant way and get rewards may be called as marketing management. The earth is composed full of data and information. The modern era of computer world has also changed the way the things are available. The computer has created huge space where in the data and information is stored. This has resulted in the creation of bulk availability of data and information.
