In any activity, there is risk. People think that that they would be able to perform any jobs. But at the same time people try to get and work on jobs which have limited risks. This phenomenon is seriously killing the labour market. Any job contains risk. There is no job without risk. Risk is a part and parcel of the job. If some one wants to achieve some thing, then there is a necessity to hold on to the risk and perform well. One can call that as a risk management. Risk management is an important phenomenon in the present era. The technology has advanced so much. With the growth of the technology, the type of risks has also increased. Earlier, people live in separate part of the world without much connection. Now, the people are closely positioned and they are having multiple issues. In such issues, it is hardly to actually get the major problems cleared. Probably, technology is the one which could help a human individual. These problems are otherwise called as risk. The risk is the major factor in the life of an individual. If an individual is strengthened to take up the risk mentally and physically, then the individual shall be in a position to manage any kind of risks. This kind of management is called risk management.
