When the people see the victory in the business, then there are sure some people to say the critiques on them. The management could not escape from them as they are not happy with the management. The people are saying that the critiques could be present in the company or outside of the company in many cases. For example, there are many company could always get caught in the critiques and they send their representative to explain their views on what they have made in the organization. Sometimes the critiques help the management to do the better performance and they can come to know about their weakness and rectify them. This critique has its good and worst part of them, when the company takes them in the right way; they grow in all aspects and if they don’t make the change that is insisted by them. If they do that, they can see their difference in the company growth, its not needed that all the critiques are good and some could willingly do that so the management people have to lend their ears only to the good critiques and not to all. The criticism is the main in all organization as these are essential one in the business; most of the management people are keen towards the critiques as they could give some valuable ideas to improve their business.

Business is one of the sources of making the invested money into a profitable one. One of the important aspects of management qualities is the formation of effective business policy. Business policy should involve in the action of defining the mission of business, it should explain about the product going to be manufactured in the industry. Then the vision of the business mainly focuses toward the targets and goals of the business. The objective of the business mainly concentrates towards the activity of the business which is aimed at certain tasks. Each and every step taken by the management is necessary for the growth of business industry. The manager is responsible for the entire actions taking place in a business organization. The rules, regulation and objectives of the business are explained in business policy that guides the every organization. The business policy must be flexible and must be easily understood by all the people working in the business organization. The business strategy coordinates the plan of action which is going to be taken, resources going to be used, analyzing the vision and long term objectives.  This kind of action guides the manager to allocate the factors of production for the advantage of business.

The women are now working as equal to men as it’s a very interesting one, but there is a big problem to the management is the protection to their lady staff. When there is equal number of male and female in the organization, there is no problem in that organization. When the women decreases in the organization then sure some sexual harassment are there to the ladies. So it’s the duty of the management to protect their staff from this kind of activities in the organization. Whatever the actions are taken by them, there are some people who do this harm to the women and the sad part in that is the some management people are also involved in it. If the woman working is bold in nature then she could keep up with this problem but when the girl who is soft nature is mostly affected by the men. But now a day, this is reduced to great numbers as the management has taken severe actions against them. So the women are feeling safe in working with men, its true that many companies are trying to get the women in great numbers as they are more perfect when compared to men. Women are found in all departments as the men work.

The IT management is not a simple task as it needs more discipline where the management is to organize both the firm and the priority of the company. This resource has got many investments in them, so there is a lot of burden on the management people. As if there any mistake done in the company, then the management is responsible for them. So the management is very careful in deciding the new methods and rules in them as they could verify them before they announce in the company. Before deciding any new infrastructure to the company, they try to ask the reviews from their employees whether they could execute according to the report of them or they decide the decision of the company. It is not like the other companies as they differ totally from them, here the employees are considered as the head of the business and they are the people who are responsible to complete their project and bring the result in an efficient way. The infrastructures of the IT companies are very big as they have the intangible assets like the computers and their hardware. So the management should be as efficient as possible to keep them in the market and to be friendly to all the people in the company.

Situation disaster is one of the main aspects in the field of business activities. Disaster taking place in a business or a business organization is not much enough to replace easily. It may take several periods of time and there is also loss of large capital of money. Disaster management is the process of actions taking place in a business organization and affecting the people and resources which tends to stop of the future operation of the organization.  Situational disaster is caused due to some of the critical situations which are not been expected by anyone in the business organization. Disaster would not totally damage the management it may affect some part of the business which could take more time to be getting replaced. The lost data, documents, files cannot be retrieved such that it would take more time to replace the lost database in a business management service. Disasters are of mainly two type manmade disaster and natural disaster. The manmade disasters include bomb blast, chemical leakage and so on.  The natural disasters are earthquakes floods, storms, landslides and so on. Situational disasters would be managed by only by reducing the disasters effectively. The management people must work efficiently on handling these kinds of situations.

Service level management is to monitor the management performance for their quality and the key performance monitoring. Service level management helps the organization to define the amount of the stability in the business and the performance provided by the IT infrastructure. The service level management is very important in the business as they help to identify the business problems in them and they maintain the performance of the organization in a gradual way and if any error is found in them, they try to monitor the problem by creating the alerts so that they reduce the risk in the business. They give the service level of the infrastructure solution. It also deals with the customer level of satisfaction about their service provided to them. Service level management is different at different stages like the abandonment rate that is the percentage of calls abandoned during the calls is waited to be answered. The next factor is the average speed to answer the call by the service desk, time service factor that calculates the time taken to be answered. Turn-around time is the time taken by the service provider to complete the task given to them. So at each level, the service of the organization is calculated by using the factors that are described in the above lines.
