    Critiques on performance management

    When the people see the victory in the business, then there are sure some people to say the critiques on them. The management could not escape from them as they are not happy with the management. The people are saying that the critiques could be present in the company or outside of the company in many cases. For example, there are many company could always get caught in the critiques and they send their representative to explain their views on what they have made in the organization. Sometimes the critiques help the management to do the better performance and they can come to know about their weakness and rectify them. This critique has its good and worst part of them, when the company takes them in the right way; they grow in all aspects and if they don’t make the change that is insisted by them. If they do that, they can see their difference in the company growth, its not needed that all the critiques are good and some could willingly do that so the management people have to lend their ears only to the good critiques and not to all. The criticism is the main in all organization as these are essential one in the business; most of the management people are keen towards the critiques as they could give some valuable ideas to improve their business.
