The process of planning, organizing, securing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals is called as Project management. The person who takes charge a particular project is called as project manager. Project managers have the responsibility of the planning, execution, and closing of any project. If the project manager is not familiar with the task to be carried out, many problems like, underestimate the amount of time needed to implement projects may arise. So it is more important that the project manager must aware of the entire project. The process of projects contains initiation, planning and design, execution and construction, monitoring and controlling systems and finally completion. It is important to get time estimates for delivery and planning of projects. The management of the project not only contains the management of the project itself. But also to manage each and every person who involve in that project. Using good time estimation techniques may reduce large projects to a series of smaller projects and make the project completion easier. As a project manager was involved in the project, he was the responsible person of the planning, execution, and closing of any project. But the success or defeat of the project depending on everyone works on that project.

The management has its best and worst part in them. When the decision is made in a correct way, the management could see the growth in the organization and it’s the responsible of the organization. People to make decision and in right time the correct one if there is any trouble in them then they should rectify them in a correct way. The management people are the persons who are responsible for the growth of the company and in profit of the company. If they do any wrong in their decision, they have to take the responsible for them. So they have to think before they do or they have to consult the other members of the organization. Sometimes, the management could face their worst part when they analyze all the benefits of the investment but when they fail to meet the success; they have to face the worst part of it. The result could be worse but the whole responsible goes to the management. They share both the happiness and worries of the company so there is a heavy burden on them so they don’t take any decision in an easy way as they analyze them and then only they make the decision.

Human interaction management is a management that has the principles and techniques that are complimentary to business. They give the support for innovation, adaptive and collaborative work human in a structured way. The human interaction management is also called as the goal-oriented organization design. They have to interact with all level in the business from top-level, middle and bottom level in an organization. They interact with the top officials to get the information regarding the development of the business and control the low level actions in the business so that the control could be seen in the governance of the strategic management of the company. The plans are first well evaluated by the middle level organization that are checked and revised in the HIM to make it better. The levels of control are well maintained by them so that they could have a better management in the business. The business could be successful only if when the entire human in the business cooperates. This is maintained by the human interaction management. Business approach in him is very clear as that each and every person in the business could follow them. The management should be efficient so that the business get through the next stage in the market as it could b e possible only by the interaction between them.

The measuring the performance of the management is very important since it’s the one which says whether the company goes in the profit one or in the other way. The performances are checked whether they meet the goals of the company in an efficient way. When the performances are seen, they could see the increase of the sales of company. They also help in reducing the cost in the organization. When they are checked often, they could stop the project that if overruns. It also helps in setting the goals to the CEO’s. The performances are measured as they help the employee to improve and understand their job in the organization and what their contribution to the company is? This creates the transparency in the goals so that all people in the organization could work towards the upliftment of the organization. So the employees are confident in the bonus payment as they know all information about the organization. This also helps the people to develop the professionals in them. The management changes into flexible and more responsive one and displays the easy relation with all the people in the company.  They help to fix the new goals to the organization. The measurements are helping the people to communicate with all in the company.
