    Every business needs customers for smooth sailing. Customers are the one who makes the success or loss of a company. So they have to be dealt with utmost care. Customer relationship management is a derived set of methodologies developed by some industries to manage the customers in an efficient way. For example, a company will need to build a database of the customers directly or indirectly combined to the company, their contact details, personal preferences, items already purchased by them, willing to buy other items, their potential or capability of buying. This helps the management, sales persons, product resellers to correctly target their customers for each and individual product. CRM helps mostly the marketing department to identify and target customers and also establish leads for an item. It provides easy platform to initiate telesales, direct marketing and internet advertising. CRM improvers communication between multiple employees on a particular customer and also eases the existing processes like taking new orders from existing customers. Customers are treated individually based on their taste and willingness and products are suggested to them time to time. This also saves time and money and also increases sales in short time. Transferring information between many departments is a snap.

Ford and Honda have already said that customer based quality is their number one preference. Improving quality in every aspect of customer’s want is the basis of total quality management or TQM. It is a integrated effort by a company to bring out high quality standards which the customer thinks it is because quality is seen as different by different people. Quality has no technical definition but some say it is meeting to standards or fulfilling customer needs. Several factors contribute to quality, for example, conformance to specifications. It measures how well the company keeps its deadlines and how is the overall quality of single product given by them. Fitness for use, value for money, customer after-sales service is the other aspects of quality. Quality management inspects all the aspects and takes necessary steps to fulfill where the company is lacking. In this competitive world it has become an essential thing to survive the product. As a general process, planning, research, implementing is carried out as quality management.

    Unless proper management, no company will turn out to be success. Managers play an important role in a company, making firm decisions for the development of it. Basic skills required for a manager include planning, organizing, directing and controlling others. Having an overlook on the company’s perspective is an important skill for a manager. But it is skipped in most cases. There are different scenario where we plan such as during disaster, recession, success and compensation. The workforce must be organized to function smoothly and it is the work of managers to oil to it. Organization varies from person, division to department. Selecting workers, assigning tasks, research about resources to get the job completed, investigating requirements of individual teams and workers are required. The art of getting the job done by the worker is an attribute of a manager.  Psychological skills like motivation and performance appraisal will help to contribute to the overall improvement of quality. Managers also need to manage themselves. Setting up priorities and planning ahead of time is required. Gossips in a work environment and managers will have to keen on those things and learn to convert them into good work. Additionally, time management is also essential to managers.

    Proper time management is essential to success in any occasion. Planning is done to make our work spread across our available time. Otherwise a traffic jam may occur which leads to lose dignity, tension and stress. Managing time is managing oneself with respect to time. Setting up priorities, choosing between urgent, or ordinary work and effective use of time will always make room for new opportunities. Wasting time is one the worst habits of a person with many responsibilities. Managing time is not as easy as managing finance of a company; although it is very simple until we follow self discipline. Studies show that humans perform best when they are bound by time limits. Pressure is one of the factors for time management. Although we maintain a diary or to do list or a secretary, we may not find time to look at them. Those who say that they do not have time are the worst time managers. If we schedule our plan early, we have time for all the things. Time must not be differentiated between industries. Creative and manufacturing industries must think they have the same time routines. At last, it is not that doing our work continuously takes away our fun; After all, living up to our expectations is also fun right?

    Effects of management

    The effects of the management are very hard; the business goes in the progressive side when they have a strong management in them. But the business could go down when they encounter improper management in them. Thus the management is the ruling factor of the business; they should be very clear in all their aspects of the business. They should try to set the goals of the business so that the people working in the business could move towards that goal. When they don’t have any specified goal in them then they have to meet some problems in the business. They should have proper team management in them and the senior management should be very careful in motivating the employees in a correct way so that they could have better focused management in them. They should help all the employees in the management to know what is their role in the business and how should they have to perform their work. This helps many people to know what their part in the business is and could work more efficiently in them. That is why the management is very necessary to all kinds of business either its small scale or large scale.

     

    Risk management

    Risk management is very different from other management works, it has many factors in them, first they have to identify the threats in the management and have to characterize them and assess the threats. They should be well determined in the risk they should have all the factors to overcome the risk. The risk management is seen in the big projects, where the investment of money and labor in them. So they have to analyze the entire necessary one to the project and try to estimate the risk in them. When they know which part is risk in them they could handle them very careful so that they could overcome the risk in them. The risk management should be the internal part of the business so that they could have better business in them. When the risk management is not in the management task then the business could face some problems in them, when they meet any risk in the business they don’t know how to overcome them. But when they have the risk management in them they could have planned early and execute them when they are in need of them. Thus risk management has special quality in them.

    Spend management

    Spend management are the people who are working is the department of handling the cash in the business, they should manage the resource correctly so that nothing goes wrong in the business financially. They should have correct plans in them to spend for their business, they could plan and how to invest in the people. they are the advisors to the senor management people regarding the financial status of the business. They should try to reduce the outflow of the cash in gradual way and have to create more inflow of cash to the business. That is the main goal of the people in the business; they try to improve the income of the business by investing in the markets and earn profits. But while they invest they have to see the flow of the markets and then invest in them. Sometimes the business meets some financial problems due to the wrong investments in the markets and they get into trouble. Thus the people who are in the spend management have great knowledge in handling the toughest situation in the business, they are very good expert in the markets and they know each and every movement of the markets so that they could invest in them and make the profit.

    Senior management

    Senior management is the people who are in the top most of the management, this team has all the rights in the business, and they could make all the final decision in the business. This senor management expects all the work done by the people who are below them. They expect from others to do their work with full energy so that the business could improve and at the same time they could also improve. The senior management takes care for all the people in management, when they decide any plan they could think over all the factors in them and they try to get some views from their employees to make the decision come true or not. Even though they ask the reviews from them, they could apply them with all the rights in the business. Since that plan could have some profitable measures to improve the business and they try to implement even though the employees does not like them. this the time where they get misunderstanding between their workers, to satisfy them the senior management could have some other plan in them to make them feel happy and work as usual in the business that is their business ethics in them

    Communication management

    The communication in the management is very important, if the communication channels are open end in all levels of the management. Since if they have proper communication between them they could able to convey the messages to all in the business at correct form. When they don’t have communications properly between the management working people the goal of the business could not be seen in them. They don’t express their thoughts to others and they think it could very hard to them. But when the communication is opens all could have a chance of speaking they could share their thoughts in the goals of the business and could make some corrections in them. they could also plan for the back-up plans when their first plan fails, these backup plans could help the business from having great loss ion them. The communication is correct at all ends they could see that the people working in the business get focused and all together work to attain the goal in the business. There are many business have failed due to improper communication between them so the profit of the business depends on the communication between them. Thus communication is very important in the business and to win the goals in them.

    Focused improvement

    Focused improvement is very essential one in the business, they have to set the goal for the business and they have to push all others in the business to achieve the goal. They should stay focus on the goals of the business. Since when no one cares of the goals of the business there could not be nay improvement in the business, they could work with no interest in them. To keep the people stay focused on the business goals, the management should take care of them. They have to arrange necessary meetings during the working hours and try to explain them what is the goal of the business and how could they help them in reaching the goals, this could motivate the employers in the business to attain the goal in the business. Keeping all the members in the business focused is very difficult job they have to handle them very correctly since they are very risk. When the people in the management don’t understand the goal properly they could not explain them to the ones who are working under them. First they should have clear knowledge in them and they have to be focused on the business goals to achieve them.
